Prestigious Accreditation for TKM Expert

TKMs Director of ICT Forensics admitted to Expert Witness Institute

TKMs Director of ICT Forensics, Thomas Moore, has been granted accredited membership of the UK-based Expert Witness Institute. Membership of this highly respected institution represents formal acknowledgement of the company's in-house expertise in presenting evidence.

"It is a great pleasure to be admitted to the EWI, especially given the standards which the Institute expects of its members" explains Thomas Moore. "Through a process of continuing development and support, the Expert Witness Institute helps to maintain high standards in this important component of the judicial process."

TKM believes that admission to the EWI of one of its founding members will demonstrate the emphasis which the company places on integrity and professionalism throughout its business.

Following Mr Moore's accreditation, TKM has homogenised its existing code of practice for presenting evidence with elements of the Protocol for Instruction of Experts laid down by the Civil Justice Council in England and Wales. "This will further strength our very comprehensive internal regulation framework and ensure that our procedures for dealing with evidence and the Courts are of the very highest calibre" says Thomas Moore.
